Project Overview:

• -The SOW (Scope of Work) included the following Key Packages: Civil, Mechanical and Electrical, Steel Structure, Firefighting.

• -The Project obtained LEED Silver Certified by USGC (U.S. Green Building Council).

• -The project consists of two one storey separated buildings, 25,802 ㎡ for workshop use and 21,122 ㎡for warehouse use. Both the buildings are steel structure building.
