Project Overview:

• -The floor is requirement is 5kg/m3 with anti-abrasion concrete surface.

• -The Project obtained LEED Gold Certified by USGC (U.S. Green Building Council).

• -The project consists of four buildings: Manufacturing centre, two storeys with a total area of 21,869.40㎡ and height of 20.3 meters; Assembly line work centre, two storeys with a total area of 20,836.98㎡and height of 20.3 meters; Packaging Centre, single storey with a total area of 12,368.40㎡; Fire-fighting Control Room.

• -The Manufacturing centre and the Assembly line centre are connected by an external ramp and courtyard.

• -The main building’s structure is made of concrete on-site and steel structure.

• -The Packaging Centre is a single storey building with a height of 11m and the Concrete column height is 13.1m.

• -For this project BIM Technology was applied in order to provide design optimization, specifically to avoid collision between the Fire hydrant pipes and sprinkling pipes with the steel structure.
