Project Overview:

• -The SOW (Scope of Work) included several Key Package, such as Civil, Mechanical and Electrical, Steel Structure, Firefighting.

• -The total land area is 76,683 sqm, and the total construction area is 70,080 ㎡.

• -The project is divided in two separate phases.

• -Both the buildings are multi-story warehouses (totally four storeys).

• -The two buildings have concrete main body for first floor, steel structure for second floor and roof; light steel structure for third floor and Concrete Frame structure for fourth floor.
