Project Overview:

• -The project consists of totally 22 buildings, including office, R&D building and 2 workshops (Class C), one workshop Class A, 8 warehouses (Class A and C) and 2 tank farms.

• -The project will take place in two phases: Phase 1 consisting of the Construction of a new facility and relocation of the existing production lines to the new plant; Phase 2 consisting of adding new production lines and expansion of plant.

• -The SOW (Scope of work) includes: BIM package for Civil Structural Architectural design and process design.
