Project Overview:

• -The biggest building in the plant is the production workshop, with a total area of almost 6,000 m² with complex MEP and HVAC systems.

• -Built according to FM standard (including in-rack sprinkler system for warehouse)

• -Full Plant was built within 13 months including Government Permitting, Construction Drawings and As-Built Drawings.

• -2 of the 3 warehouses and workshop building are Class A Chemical buildings, meeting all the Explosion-Proof requirements and are ATEX Certificated (Atmosphere Explosible) and with Explosion-Release roof design.
  

• -The whole plant was designed with E&G using BIM for final collision checking.
  

• -The contract form was FIDIC Yellow Book.
