Company established in Dalian City (Liaoning Province), providing Construction Engineering Consulting services.
2005

Bosch Chassis System (Dalian) Co., Ltd., in Dalian City (Liaoning Province).
2007

Representative Project of the Year

ProLogis DaYaoWan Logistic Park Co., Ltd. this is the beginning of cooperation with Prologis Inc., a Real Estate investment trust headquartered in San Francisco, later restructured as GLP for China market. Up to 2021, E&G have designed and built more than 17 Industrial and Logistic parks, for more than 1,200,000 m² in China together with GLP

Within ten years E&G's number of employees increased to more than 100 and the Company Registered Capital reached 35 Million Yuan. E&G consolidated his leading position as reliable and quality driven construction partner for international clients in North China Region.

Woerwag Coatings Co., Ltd. - ''Class A'' Chemical Plant Project, the second Chemical Project completely designed with 3D Modelling (including Process design) Dalian XiangXiang Seafood Co., Ltd., the project includes Cold Storage Room able to reach - 60 Celsius Degree. This project is a great achievement and is a milestone since confirmed E&G in the Cold Chain market as qualified professional provider for deep freezing cold storage room.
