Project Overview:

• -The project consists of one single building steel structure for workshop purpose.
  -The total construction area is 5,079 m² and around 1,600 m² for each floor.
  -Since the phase 4 site is surrounded by other existing building creating a complex operation site. And the construction process required different methods in order of safety and to avoid any influence to the daily operation of the existing workshop & office.
  -Due to the E&G experience in chemical plant, helped the client on the designing of the painting system class C area into a building class A area. And the project smoothly passed the firefighting approval process.
