Project Overview:

• -The project consists of one single building steel structure for workshop, warehouse and office space (on two level).
  -The project was executed in two separate phases, Phase 1 for a total area 2,800 m² and Phase 2 for a total area of 1,400 m².
  -Both the Phase II and III area are connected to the Phase I building and the construction process required different methods in order of safety and to avoid any influence to the daily operation of the existing workshop & office in Phase I area.
  -The scope of work (SOW) included SMT line hook-up services and the project required a diligent coordination between the project team based in Germany and the Chinese team on-site.
  -The construction work and firefighting acceptance, was completed with one month ahead of original schedule.
  -For the Clean Room ISO 8: The Cleanliness of the workshop permits no more than 352,000 particles of 0.5 micrometers or more per cubic meter; The recirculating purified air volume is calculated as 20-25 times / hour. The temperature is 25 ± 3 ℃ and the Humidity: ≤ 80% in summer and > 35% during winter season. The workshop area was designed to have an indoor positive pressure to prevent outside air from entering, a high complexity Air filtration system and include also an Air Jet entrance chamber for personnel and a separated raw material and final product in-out chamber with automated rolling system for transporting the materials.
