Project Overview:

The project consists of one main building divided in three sections, office (2 floors), workshop and warehouse (single floor).
The total area of the main building is 8,600 m² and the 1,800 m² are for utilities and guard house building.
External building height is 14.15 meters.
Completed on time for all progress milestones, even during winter construction period. Extremely low temperature during winter period in Shenyang (-38 oC) was a big challenge for the team in terms of safety and delivery timeline.
