Notes on the Experience Exchange Meeting of E&G Construction

In order to promote the joint improvement of the company's projects, the company's good management measures and good node practices will be promoted to all projects faster and provide the company's customers with better quality construction works.  From July 8th to 9th, 2018, E&G Construction and Engineering Co., Ltd. organized major project managers from the engineering department to gather in Shenyang for a two-days exchange and sharing of project experiences. 

This activity is jointly organized and participated by the engineering department and the human resources administration department, and presided over by chef engineer John Yue of the engineering department. Manager  of the company's general circulation project and manager of the Worwag project respectively introduced the implementation of the project management and shared with everyone good node practices and good management measures in the management process. 

The sharing and exchange meeting began with a visit by Zhang Fengwen, project manager of Shenyang GLP project, followed by a report and exchange of experiences byMr.Zhang regarding the experiences summarized during the construction of the project. Zhang held discussions and exchanges respectively from the aspects of construction technology, safe construction, advanced technology and resource allocation. He Shan, assistant to the Beijing project manager, gave a detailed explanation of the weekly and monthly reports. Strictly according to international standards, prepare templates for weekly and monthly reports of the company. Zhang Junjie, the project manager of Shenyang Worwag, exchanged experiences in the management of the chemical engineering projects of the project in view of their unique characteristics, harsh construction period and complicated process crossing.　John Yue of the engineering department analyzed and explained the problems and failure cases that easily occurred in the construction. Chef designer Yu Heping shared the design, construction and acceptance criteria of GLP logistics project.

Finally, Byron made an in-depth analysis and discussion on the strategic objectives, talent demand, construction technology and continuous learning ability of E&G construction.Byron’s inspiring instructions won applause from all employees at the exchange meeting. The atmosphere at the seminar was warm, which enhanced everyone's fine management vision, enriched professional knowledge, and also found gaps and shortcomings. 

Through the exchange and sharing of project construction management experience organized by the company, all our projects have promoted the quick implementation of good construction experience and good joint practices of brother projects in projects all over the company, as well as the more systematic implementation of the company's construction standards and requirements in projects. Through study and exchange, we will be more confident to create a quality project that belongs to our E&G Group.
