Tianjin Ninghe GLP Logistic Park Project 2018 ”Strive for 100 days” Mobilization Meeting Achieve Complete Success

In order to realize the construction goal of Tianjin Ninghe GLP logistic park project ( hereinafter referred to as " GLP project" ) to be completed quickly, with high quality and on schedule, all personnel of the project will take active actions and quickly form a situation of getting ahead quickly so as to ensure the smooth realization of the project goal. The Ninghe project department of E&G held a pledging conference on May 23th, 2018 for " Strive for 100 days".

Tianjin Ninghe project, with a total construction area of 152676 square meters, is a frame structure in general. The construction time of this project is limited, the steel structure production quantity is large, and the resources are strained. In view of the above situation, the project department requires each sub-unit to designate the competent leader to be responsible for the project promotion, increase and strengthen the organization and strength of the project, refine the cut-off time, and reasonably increase the allocation of resources such as personnel, machines and tools on site in a timely manner.  At the same time, all subcontractors are required to continuously improve the management level of the project, and the project department management personnel of the company should effectively plan ahead of schedule and manage in a general view. Scientific and reasonable construction sequence and working procedure arrangement shall be made so that each working procedure can be fully connected.

HSE Leader Mr.He stressed at the pledging conference of " 100 days of hard work" that all subcontractors should further strengthen safety management and establish a long-term mechanism for safety management in the process of project construction.

At the scene of the conference, the professional construction teams were in good order, the atmosphere was high, and the employees were full of confidence. All the employees expressed that they would give 100 % energy, unite as one, and march forward bravely to contribute their strength to the achieve the project goals.
